What to know before your visit.

PHONES AND DEVICES

As a relaxation based Spa, we ask that you silence

all cellphones and all electronic devices.

 

APPOINTMENTS
All of our guest is served on an 
appointment based only,However we 
do take "walk-ins" if there's availability. 
Please call prior to stopping by.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 15 Minutes Prior to your 

scheduled appointment time to give 
you time to park,and check in. Guest 
visiting for the first time, are required 
to complete a Client Profile so we can 
better help serve you.

 

LATE ARRIVAL
If your are going to be late please give 
us a call. Appointments will be held for 
15 minutes, after this we consider this 
to be "Too LATE or a "NO SHOW" and 
as courtesy of our next guest you will 
be asked to reschedule.

 

CANCELLATIONS
You will always receive a email / Text 
reminder about your appointment, 
which also gives you the opportunity to 
cancel within 24hrs. No call/no shows or any cancelations not within 24 hours will be charged up to 100% of all service book. 

We have a "No Exception policy" when it comes to cancellations and in accordance with this 

policy, all missed appointments will be 
charge 100% of the scheduled service 
price to the credit card on file.

 

CHILDREN
Because we are a relaxation Spa, No children/ Extra guest allowed unless being serviced. 
Please arrange child care prior to your 
visit, or you may be asked to reschedule.

PAYMENT

We gladly accept cash, debit, and all 

major credit cards. Checks, Zelle, and or Cash App are not accepted. There is a small fee for all credit cards.

 

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the rights to refuse any 
service.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are available for all of TWIS services, and in any dollar amount.

 

Certain Rules Apply:
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
- The Gift Cards balance and any unused balance expire 3 months to 1 year from the date of purchased from TIWS.
- We can not replace lost or stolen gift cards.

 

GRATUITY
If you are pleased with the serviced you received, it's customary to give 18%-20% gratuity to your technician. If you would like to leave gratuity on your card please let us know.

 

OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee our nail services; if you experience any polish chipping within 2 days on your manicure or pedicure, and or
Gel/Acrylic nails lifting or cracking within 3 days. Please contact us immediately so that we can perfect the problem free of charge. If you find some missed hairs, we will clean them up at our expense.

Just let us know within 48 hours of your appointment.

change at anytime, Please confirm 
pricing at the time of your appointment.

 

VALUABLES

We cannot be responsible for lost valuables, so jewelry of significant value should be left at home. Please be sure to remove all jewelry before your service(s).
